St Andrew's Anglican College cooks for Ukraine

Barbara, a librarian with a heart of gold, led a heartwarming initiative at St Andrews Anglican College. She organised a delightful fundraising event with dedicated staff members during the school's rugby game night to support the children in Ukraine through UNICEF Australia's #CookForUkraine appeal. With a sausage sizzle and delicious Ukrainian cuisine, Barb and her team raised $1,140 for UNICEF Australia's emergency response. 

St Andrews Anglican College's rugby games night became more than a sporting event. It became a celebration of compassion and unity. A big thank you to Barb and the school community for helping UNICEF be there for children in Ukraine.
